Please be aware that we do not accept credit card payments for purchases exceeding $100,000 without prior approval. For orders over this amount, you must call us in advance to arrange payment. Any orders placed on our website exceeding
$100,000 will be automatically canceled if prior arrangements have not been made. We reserve the right to decline purchases until we have received payment.
CAN I BE SURE MY ITEM IS AUTHENTIC?
Purchasing from us ensures that you receive an authentic product. Every item on our site is guaranteed to be genuine, as each one undergoes double or triple authentication. We source our products from vetted suppliers and usually know their original place of purchase, significantly reducing the risk of counterfeit merchandise. Upon receipt, we meticulously inspect every item to verify its authenticity and condition. Each Hermès Birkin and Kelly bag is authenticated by our supplier, by us, and by at least one third-party authenticator.
Additionally, every item comes with our money-back guarantee in case it is found not to be authentic. To qualify for a refund, proof of inauthenticity must be provided by one of the trusted authenticators listed in our Authentication section.
WHY DO WE HAVE A FINAL SALE POLICIY ON MOST ITEMS?
Most of our items are in pristine condition, sourced directly from the brands’ boutiques. While in our possession, these items are meticulously maintained in a temperature-controlled environment and kept in their original boxes. They are only removed for inspection, photography, and packing, with protective gloves worn at every step.
Once an item is received by the recipient, we can no longer control how it is handled. Even the slightest change in condition, such as a smudge or the loss of protective plastic on the foot of a Hermès bag, can significantly reduce the item’s value.
Our commitment to our customers is that they receive their items in the condition described on our website. Therefore, by enforcing a “final sale” policy, we ensure that all our items remain in the pristine condition as described.
However, we do accept returns on items classified as mint or excellent condition. Items must be returned in the same condition as sold. Please email sales@cdarluxury.com within 48 hours of receiving the item you wish to return. We will then email you a return authorization. You must provide tracking information so we can monitor the return delivery. We always reserve the right to reject a return if any inconsistency.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
We ship to all countries covered by our cargo insurance, which includes most countries in Asia, Europe, and the Gulf, as well as Australia, New Zealand, and Canada. We use DHL and FedEx for international shipping, with a flat fee that includes both shipping and duties, calculated at checkout.
There are a few countries we cannot ship to, including Mainland China, Russia, Mexico, and Brazil. If you are unsure whether we ship to your country or you want to have any purchased item to any of the countries mentioned above, please contact us for alternatives and confirmation.
DO YOU HAND CARRY ITEMS?

WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX OR CUSTOM DUTIES?
We charge sales tax as applicable. Please contact us prior to purchase if you have any questions. For international orders, our charge covers both shipping and applicable duties, unless staten otherwise.
CAN MY PURCHASE BE FINANCED OR PLACED ON LAYAWAY?

We provide a personal shopping experience for all our clients. Clients and shoppers are welcome to call to ask questions about any of our products, to check on shipment status or to complete a purchase over the phone rather than online.

HOW DOES YOUR CONCIERGE SERVICE WORK?
We try to fulfill client requests through our own inventory or by sourcing our extensive network of other dealers. If we are able to source an item, we require payment in advance. Once we receive and review the item, we will then require the remainder of payment prior to shipment.

Whether you are searching for the perfect gift for your wife, girlfriend, mother, sister, or friend, we can advise on the selection process. IS MY INFORMATION SECURE?
We value our clients’ privacy and client information is kept secured. All payment information is kept confidential. Credit card transactions are processed through secure servers and our payment processor does not give us access to credit card information. We do not keep credit card information.
